Information collected automatically

Our server receives standard technical information when your browser requests a page: IP address, page requested, response code, User-Agent, Referer when sent and approximate request time. We keep this for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Information you provide voluntarily

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you include in that message. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to respond and for one additional year for reference.

Cookies and analytics

Scribeheart does not set tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Clarity or similar tools. See our Cookie Policy.

Third-party services

The site uses real photography hosted by Unsplash's image CDN. Loading those images requires your browser to request the image from Unsplash. We do not embed third-party analytics, advertisements, social widgets or video players.

Security and transfers

The site is served over HTTPS. Our infrastructure is located in Tokyo, Japan, so visitors outside Japan necessarily transfer request data to Japan.
